Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept major providers like Mastercard, Visa, PayPal, American Express and Discover. We also offer financing with Klarna. With Klarna, shoppers can pay over time in monthly payments.

What is Route Package Protection?

We now offer Route package protection to help cover the cost of lost, damaged, or stolen packages. You will have the option to add this to your cart at checkout. Find more details on the Route Protection page.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How To Return My Items?

To start a return, you can begin here: account returns.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly. You may cancel your order as long as it is not marked shipped. Once the order has been placed, regardless of shipping status, we cannot make changes. This includes removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. You will need to cancel your order before it is marked shipped and place a new one.

How Long Does An Order Take To Arrive?

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing and 3-4 business days for processing during the holidays.

For domestic orders, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders normally arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping.

For international orders, orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International and normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays.

Once any order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the USPS carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been placed online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase and follow shipping updates via email or My Account.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED ON SALE?

All sale items are final sale, non-refundable.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Our contemporary jewelry are 100% skin loving and safe. All items are cadmium, nickel and lead free. Our estate jewelry pieces are carefully tested by quality assurance and control (QA/QC) procedures after they have been sourced. The QA/QC technology has a 98% success rate on metal verification.
